Notice is hereby given that the Village of Park Ridge Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing at the Village of Park Ridge Hall, at 24 Crestwood Dr., Stevens Point, WI.  The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at 5:30pm. The matter to be heard about is a zoning variance request from Gene and Marjie Bell.  The Bells reside at 503 Fieldcrest Ave in Park Ridge, are requesting approval for a variance to allow placement of a pre-constructed storage shed on an existing piece of concrete directly next to the garage.
