The City of Stevens Point is looking at rezoning the property of 3535 Jefferson. It is currently zoned with a version of industrial B-4 commercial.

The new owner of Worzalla Publishing – Sheridan wants to change the zoning to M-1.

PLEASE attend the Plan Commission meeting on February 3, 2025 at 6:00p.m. at the Stevens Point Municipal Building at 933 Michigan Avenue to express you position on the rezoning of this property.
